We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. 

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at office@bigmacathletics.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options:

• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress.

Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
